The wallpaper display is ONLY visible to the health managers of your company, not to every manager!

  • Each row = Representation of the evaluation unit

☝️ As soon as you hover over the circle with the cursor, the department's average as well as the benchmark sample's average will appear.

In the wallpaper, the statistical difference between the mean and the spread of the departmental unit is compared with the mean and the data spread of the benchmark data.

The color coding of the circles indicates the significance of this difference and is referred to as effect sizes (according to Cohen). For your interpretation, the colors yellow and red are crucial and indicate a clear need for action. A white circle represents no (statistically significant) deviation from the benchmark.

  • Red = Large negative effect

  • Yellow = Medium negative effect

  • Light yellow = Small negative effect

  • White = No effect

  • Light green = Small positive effect

  • Medium green = Medium positive effect

  • Dark green = Large positive effect

The higher the number of absenteeism and presenteeism days and the less favorably employees assess their ability to work, the higher the productivity losses due to health-related reasons!
