My participation code is not (or is no longer) valid. What is the reason for this?

Participation codes are only valid once. If you have already clicked the link or completed the survey, the participation code (6-character alphanumeric identifier) you used will no longer be valid.
To request a new code, or if you have any questions or problems, please contact us using our integrated HelpDesk (Link in the footer of the homepage).
