Do I need a user account to participate in the survey?

A user account is NOT required to participate in the health survey. However, if your company has enabled the "Create User Account" function, you have the option to create a user account on the homepage. To do this, set a password associated with your email address as the username. After registering in this way, you will receive an email with a verification link. Once your email address is confirmed, you can log into your user account. In your user account, you can view your survey responses, download them, and contact the HealthVision support team.

For online participation without a user account, you can view your responses using the same device and browser within the same browser session for up to 24 hours.

This function is not available for paper participants.
