Can my employer draw conclusions about me personally?

The participants' values are aggregated into a single evaluation unit/department through averages, so no conclusions can be drawn about the information from individual persons. Before the survey, the company sets a data protection threshold (according to HealthVision's guidelines, this must be at least 5 participants). Such a minimum size prevents statistical conclusions about an individual from the results. This predetermined number must be exceeded for the company to view the results of a department.
